Welcome from The Silvertones
"Singing together for leisure and pleasure"
The Silvertones is a men's chorus singing in four part close harmony, a cappella, in the barbershop style.
We meet each Friday morning at 10:00 and rehearse together for about 90 minutes.
At least once a month we go to a nursing home or retirement village and put on a one hour concert.

We are keeping an eye on the COVID situation, but, things seem to be travelling along as normal.

We are always seeking new members to join us on our journey.
There are no auditions and no previous experience is needed. You just have to want to sing, together.

Costs:
We have a minimal annual subscription so we can join the Australian Men's Barbershop community - BHA ($95) and the local barbershop club - Hobart Men’s Barbershop Harmony Club (HMBHC) ($60) and hire of rehearsal space($50). Yearly total is $175.
